Deposits and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the estimated price is required to reserve an instrument or to begin construction of a custom instrument; the balance is then due before delivery. All transactions must be in U.S. funds or equivalent, as cash, money order, or certified bank draft.
. Instrument Return Policy
Instruments must be paid for in full before delivery. The customer has a one week (7 day) acceptance period. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the instrument for a full refund, minus a $100 service charge and any shipping expenses. If an instrument is not returned in original condition, the cost of restoration will be deducted.
Warranty
I offer a lifetime warranty to the original owner of the guitar. Lifetime is defined as the time that I remain an active luthier. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage due to neglect, humidity, or wear and tear.
